1.Luxury Co-Living in Dubai: Three New Co-Living Spaces Planned for Dubai!

More than 90% of Dubai’s residents are foreigners and over ⅓ are Millennials between 22-36 years old. This makes for prime conditions for co-living spaces! 

Dubai’s real estate developers have recognized that the current demographics and high cost-of-living in Dubai presents and opportunity. 

There is one new co-working space already open at Vida Emirates Hills, with at least three co-living complexes scheduled to open in 2020 and 2021.

2. Biggest Co-Living Space in Asia: New Co-Living Space in Singapore Biggest in Asia. 

Lyf Funan Singapore is the newest and biggest co-living building in Asia. According to the developer, the 412-room property is “managed by millennials for millennials.”
