Today in Digital Nomad News:
1. Brexit for Expats: How will Brexit affect foreigners in Europe and the UK?
UK authorities have released information on how to “Get Read for Brexit,” but there are still a lot of questions as to how the deal will affect the millions of expats in the UK, plus British citizens living abroad.

2. China Arrests Foreign Teachers: Authorities crack down on foreigners without documentation.
Beijing is cracking down on foreign teachers in China, arresting and deporting 10x as many as in previous years.
Expats have been arrested for:
- Failing drug tests
- Cyber security breaches
- Expired visas
- Fake documentation for work permits
- Sexual assault
- Teaching without sufficient credentials or proper certifications
Only ⅓ of the 400,000 foreign teachers living and working in China are doing so legally.
Law firms are now warning expats that “the risks of going to China to teach far outweigh the rewards.”
