SFH (www.superflyhoney.com) is a fashion label that designs technical activewear for pole dancers globally. The first collection launched over a decade ago in 2015. The company operates with a truly global setup, enabling the team to be 100% remote and spread around the world, the factory is in Pakistan, the 3PL is in Hong Kong, and the customers are worldwide. Sheena is currently in Bangkok (previously Amsterdam and Sydney), a digital nomad who works from anywhere with internet and good coffee that meets Australian standards.
Her career started in corporate management consulting and while it didn’t last, it did leave lasting real life lessons that enabled her to set up the robust infrastructure that allowed SFH to start, grow and scale sustainably. This enabled a lifestyle of frollicking around the world to her heart’s content and a maternity leave for as long as she needed (i.e. 2 years) and the business did not burn down.
She’s now building Somnii (www.feelsomnii.com), a maternal wellness brand creating supplements for mothers to battle brain fog and sleep deprivation, launching 2026.
