Become a Speaker
Nomad Summit Chiang Mai 2026
January 17–18 · Chiang Mai, Thailand
We’re working on the next edition of Nomad Summit — and looking for bold, brilliant voices to join us on the main stage at Shangri-La this January.
If you’ve built something, figured something out, or failed your way forward — and you can deliver your insight in a clear, tangible, and high-impact way — we want to hear from you.
*Applications will close once the program is full — if you’re interested, please apply as soon as possible. We welcome first-time speakers, but expect a strong commitment to prepare, practice, and deliver a polished talk.
What We’re Looking For
We’re curating talks that help our audience level up their freedom through work — whether that’s going from employee → freelancer, freelancer → founder, or founder → investor.
We’re specifically looking for:
✅ Tangible & actionable talks (systems, frameworks, lessons learned)
✅ Stories that teach — real journeys, with breakdowns of what worked (or didn’t)
❌ We’re not looking for: Purely motivational content, mindfulness talks, coaching philosophies, or other soft-skill topics — for these the Nomad Week side events are the right platform.
We’re looking for talks that teach, not sell, by people who live what they preach. We want you to be able to share your own real life successes and learnings.
Please focus on sharing your knowledge — not promoting your business or offer.

Bonus points if your talk looks ahead
We want our main stage content to feel future-oriented, trend-predicting, and inspiring — not just what works now, but what’s coming next.
We’d love for every talk to end with a short “What’s next?” insight — something to spark new ideas and help attendees stay ahead of the curve.
Session Formats
Once you apply, your submission will be considered for one of three formats, depending on your topic and what fits best within the overall program:
- Keynotes – 25-minute solo talks on the main stage
- Lightning Talks – 5–10 minute rapid-fire presentations
- Panels
📌 We won’t be hosting workshops on the main conference stage — but if you’d like to run one, you’re very welcome to do so during Nomad Week, our community-led side program.
