Darya Sannikova
Darya is a producer, digital nomad, and community builder with a background in tech, podcasting, architecture, and cinema. She has lived across Europe, South America, and the USA. Passionate about fostering meaningful connections, Darya has created and led initiatives like a speaking club, cinema club, and accountability group.
In September 2024, she launched Urban Therapy, a project designed to help people rediscover cities through creative and mindful practices. These walks bring together residents and travelers, offering a unique blend of urban exploration, mindfulness, and connection. Urban Therapy is not only about seeing the city from a new perspective but also about living more consciously and being present in the moment.
Urban Therapy walks have already been hosted in New York City, Austin, and Los Angeles, and are now heading to Thailand. Each walk offers participants an opportunity to connect with their surroundings and each other while reflecting on what it means to live better in the city.
