Juliana Rabbi

Remote Career Coach, Speaker, and long-time Digital Nomad

Juliana Rabbi is a remote career coach, speaker, and long-term digital nomad focused on helping professionals land meaningful remote roles in competitive job markets. She spent more than 15 years as an international recruiter, conducting over 72,000 interviews and hiring for global brands. This experience gives her a clear, practical understanding of how hiring decisions are made and why many qualified candidates fail to stand out.

Fully remote since 2014, Juliana has coached more than 500 clients from over 78 countries through career transitions into remote work that aligns with their skills, values, and lifestyle. Her approach goes beyond CVs and LinkedIn profiles. She works with clients on positioning, storytelling, and strategy so they pursue roles that are genuinely well matched rather than applying blindly or following generic advice.

Alongside her career work, Juliana speaks openly about the emotional side of remote and nomadic life (e.g. in 2025’s Christmas episode of the Nomad Summit Podcast). She explores topics such as identity, belonging, confidence, and the less visible challenges of long-term location independence. Her perspective brings balance to conversations that often focus only on freedom and flexibility.

At Nomad Summit Chiang Mai 2026, Juliana will deliver the keynote “Landing Remote Jobs in a Competitive Market.” Drawing from her background on both sides of the hiring process, she will show how to align skills, personal narrative, and job search strategy to access meaningful remote roles, uncover hidden opportunities, and move forward with clarity instead of guesswork.
