Meliisa Palipea

After years of advocating for location freedom, Meliisa Palipea left her public sector role and chose to build her own business. Today, as the founder of Elyra Global, she works closely with technical founders who have strong products but stories that are not landing yet. She helps teams clarify their positioning and explain what they are building in a way people actually understand.
At Nomad Summit, Meliisa represents Visit Estonia and speaks to the country’s full value proposition for globally mobile founders. Estonia is often cited for its digital-first approach to running a country, but Meliisa’s experience comes from working directly with the founders using those systems to build real companies. She brings nearly seven years of hands-on work with the e-Residency community.
As MC of the Sunday Innovation block, Meliisa guides the conversation by connecting the dots between how innovation starts, how it scales, and how systems such as Estonia make it easier to do both. Estonia’s sponsored pool party extends that idea beyond the stage.
